“Leonardo around” is an app developed by Museo della Scienza e della Tecnica in Milan. With this app is possible to discover museum, works and places where Leonardo has worked in Milan.
Milan and a lot of other places in Italy are like open museums, mobile devices with gps are powerfull tools for valorization of cultural heritage in open spaces.
We were used to learn by paper books, wikipedia and other instruments transfer learning from paper to digital, the next level is to permit learning with mobile devices. ShowMe app is a good demonstration of the change of learning tools, ShowMe allow teacher to create great lessons for a better and more accessible learning.
