“Visioni impossibili - Botticelli, Leonardo e Raffaello: nuove tecnologie per vivere l’arte” is a special exhibition in Milan. There aren’t original paintings but only digital reconstructions created by HaltaDefinizione, specialized in hight definitions recording. Are giant screens and multi-touch good tools for a better understanding of paitings? yes. Interacting is more efficient then watching, enlarge a painting, discover details and get some information from it is more usefull than reading a small label on the wall. Original paintings remain masterpices but mobile devices are able to guide us discovering magnificient aspects. Is also important that the visit doesn’t end in the museum, but remains visible at home, so HaltaDefinizione developed an app for a virtual discover of the “Last Supper”.
